Shipping and Returns
Your order with Uncle Harry's Natural Products is greatly appreciated! We strive to process all orders in a timely manner, and most online orders usually ship within 24 hours. However, orders can take 1 to 3 business days for processing and shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Our team fulfills orders Monday through Thursday.
On all orders over $75 (including discounts, excluding taxes) with a destination in the United States, the cost of shipping is paid by Uncle Harry's. We reserve the right to choose the shipping courier. Heavy, bulky orders often ship via UPS Ground. Small, light orders often ship via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot substitute options on free shipping orders. If you need the package to arrive by a certain date, or you require a certain courier, please choose from the shipping options displayed during checkout. PO Box addresses cannot be used for free shipping, and may result in the delay of your order if submitted.
For retail orders, we offer flat-rate shipping for $7.95. For UPS and International orders, the shipping costs displayed during checkout are based on the total weight of your order combined with your location. The heavier your order is, or the further your location is from us, the more expensive shipping will be. Items packaged in glass are often quite heavy, and require more packaging material to ensure its safe arrival, which may increase the weight of your order unexpectedly. Shipping fees cover costs of packaging materials and mail service. If there are any excess shipping fees, they will be refunded to you.
Shipping time varies greatly between couriers and options. USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive. UPS Ground shipments to the East Coast may take up to 6 business days to arrive. Below is a map displaying transit time for UPS Ground in the United States.
If you need your order by a specific date, please choose an expedited shipping option, or call us at 425-558-4251 to make special arrangements. Please note that shipping time is in addition to in-house processing, so orders may arrive later than expected.
We ship internationally via USPS with insurance included on all packages. Ship time may vary greatly, and due to the nature of international shipping, we cannot guarantee when a package will arrive. International packages are often delayed and may be held in customs for an indeterminate amount of time. Any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in the price of shipping paid. Unfortunately, these fees vary widely and we are unable to estimate what the cost may be. If your order does not arrive after 45 business days please contact us. We will refund up to $50 of merchandise, not including shipping.
International orders for more than $200 of products, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team to help place your order.
If you are having trouble submitting your order through our website, please try checking out via PayPal if you are using an international credit card - otherwise, please feel free to email us via the Contact Us form.
If your package is lost or returned to us, we will replace the package for free if it was due to our error. If an incorrect shipping address was submitted online it is the customer's responsibility and the package will not be replaced. If the package is returned to us, you may choose to have it reshipped with an additional shipping fee. Please make sure to double check all addresses before submitting your order!
We have eliminated additional plastic within our packing and shipping processes by utilizing custom cardboard boxes, kraft paper, and nontoxic, biodegradable, plant-based peanuts. If you would like your order to be packed without plastic, please leave a comment along with your website order and our Shipping Team will do their best to accommodate your request. MAIL AND MONEY ORDERS
We only accept money orders from financial institutions in the United States. We no longer accept personal checks. If you choose to pay by money order, please send the payment to: Uncle Harry's Natural Products Attn: Shipping 17650 NE 65th ST, Redmond, WA 98052. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes items that are out of stock at time of shipping, we will proceed with shipping the rest of your order and issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. We do not offer backorders for items not included in orders, due to shipping limitations.
All products sold through our website are intended for personal use and consumption. We reserve the right to cancel any order if it is suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent reselling or drop shipping of our products without prior approval by Uncle Harry's Natural Products. To be authorized to resell any of our products, the seller must comply with our Wholesale Account Terms or Professional Account Terms.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with any product you receive for any reason, we will gladly accept your return and refund you the original purchase price, minus shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned products to ensure timely processing. Shipping fees of return products is the responsibility of the customer. Products for return must be received by our team within the 60 days of purchase. We will issue a refund after all the returned products have been received.
If your package is returned to us due to a courier issue where delivery was not attempted at no fault of the customer, we will issue a refund for the full amount.
Our shipping team does their very best to check product seals and safely packs each product. Unfortunately, packages can have rough journeys after leaving our facility to their final destination. We ask that you report any damaged products to Customer Care within 3-days of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. To report damages, please email our Customer Care Team photos of the damaged product, exterior packaging, and any interior product packaging. If the damage is not readily apparent, please identify on the photo where the damage occurred. Uncle Harry's will file a claim with the courier to report these damages and request that you hold onto the damaged item until the claim has been processed, up to 10 days. Upon review of the photos of the damaged item(s) and claim, we can offer a refund or reshipment of the product(s).
