At Uncle Harrys, we're passionate about the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, don't worry—we're here to make things right. You can return any product within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund the original purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Items marked "discount" or "non-returnable" in the product title are final sale and are not returnable.

Opted for free returns when you checked out? Great news—return shipping is on us! If not, the return shipping fees will be up to you, but we promise to make the process as smooth as possible.

Special Information for Customers in the European Union (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU law:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods, without giving any reason.

  • Full Refunds: If you exercise this right within the 14-day window, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery).

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

  • Exceptions: The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or goods that are custom-made/personalized. (Note: EU statutory rights override "discount" or "non-returnable" terms for eligible non-custom goods returned within the 14-day period).

  • How to Exercise: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us through our returns portal or by contacting our support team with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Returns made after the 14-day EU statutory period (up to our standard 60-day limit) are governed by our standard Return Policy terms above.
