Oil Pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic technique to detoxify the entire body and provide support for the immune system. Traditional Ayurvedic texts recommend oil pulling first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefit. It is a great oral hygiene aid along with regular tooth brushing, flossing, and tongue scraping.

Take 1 tsp (about a capful) of oil in your mouth and swish for five to twenty minutes. While swishing, pull oil through the teeth. Spit out in trash bin and rinse, then brush your teeth with Uncle Harry’s All Natural Tooth Powder or Toothpaste.
