Uncle Harry's Bundles app
Uncle Harry's Natural Products develops and operates a Shopify app called Uncle Harry's Bundles, which lets our store offer product bundles at a discount. This section describes the information that app handles.
What the app stores
- The store's Shopify domain and the access token Shopify issues so the app can work with that store.
- When a staff member opens the app in the Shopify admin, their name and email address, as part of the sign-in session Shopify provides.
- For each product with a bundle configured: whether the bundle was processed successfully, when it was last processed, and a short summary if it failed.
What the app does not store
The app does not collect, receive or store any customer information. It holds no names, email addresses, shipping addresses, order details or payment information for anyone shopping in the store.
Where it is stored
The app runs on servers operated by Fly.io in the United States. The information above is held there.
How long it is kept
The information is kept for as long as the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, Shopify sends a removal request 48 hours later, and the app erases everything it holds for that store.
Who else sees it
Nobody. The information is not shared with, sold to, or made available to any third party. The only parties involved are Shopify, which provides it, and Fly.io, which hosts the app.
