A pea-sized amount is enough. Brush gently and methodically for the full two minutes—without waiting for a mouthful of foam to tell you when your teeth are clean.
Use your toothbrush or a small clean utensil to take a pea-sized amount from the jar. You do not need a long strip across the entire brush.
Add slightly more only after you become familiar with the texture and essential-oil strength.
Use gentle, controlled movements and clean every tooth surface. The toothbrush supplies the physical motion while the clay, calcium, salt, and mineral ingredients remain in contact with the teeth.
