Uncle Harry’s Silky Shea Shampoo combines clean ingredients in a base of pure soap, with no chemical fillers or preservatives. African Black Soap is still handcrafted in Ghana using time-honored traditional methods. It has incredible properties to deeply cleanse, soften, and protect hair without stripping its natural oils. Apple cider vinegar and intentionally blended plant essences help to clarify problematic scalp issues and stimulate roots, while organic hemp oil and unrefined raw shea butter provide exceptional nourishment and moisture for all hair types.
Minimally processed ingredients: Purified water, African black soap (shea butter, coconut oil, palm kernel oil, plantain leaves, agow bark), coconut oil castile soap (potassium cocoate), organic apple cider vinegar, organic unrefined raw shea butter, organic hemp oil, essential oils of lavender, rosemary, lemon, and tea tree.
Gluten free. Free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances

Separation is natural, shake gently. Apply a small amount to wet scalp, rub vigorously into a lather, and work your way to the tips of hair. Precondition by massaging a light coat of Silky Shea Coconut Oil for Hair from roots to tips. Shampoo out and finish with Hair Conditioner Spray.

I only use natural shampoo but had been using shampoo bars lately. I decided to give this a try and I am glad I did. It’s mild enough for my delicate thin and fine hair but still gets it clean. I like it and will continue to use it.

I love Uncle Harry’s products but this is a resounding “no” for me. My hair was gross afterwards. Thick, greasy, stiff and just horrible. I had to put it up and even getting a brush thru it was tough. It was as if I let my hair get crusty and greasy for a month. Ick!
Didn’t work for me. Was washing my hair in distilled water as instructed but it turned out unwashed.
Just what I’ve been searching for! I use this before and after hair masks and heavy oil treatments, its perfect. The smell, the lather, everything about it is wonderful.

This is the best shampoo that I've used for black hair. For my type of hair if I wash it too often then my hair will dry out. This shampoo works excellent if used only 3 times per week. Seems to remove product build up in the hair. Works good with the herbal coconut oil as well.
