Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is pressed from the green flesh of the avocado fruit, then refined for a milder aroma. It is rich in essential fatty acids, particularly oleic and linoleic acids. EFAs are known for their anti-inflammatory and wound-healing benefits. Due to its nutrient dense properties, avocado oil makes a wonderfully nourishing massage oil.
