Curbside Pickup & Discount Shelf

Please note that our storefront is permanently closed and is not open to the public or walk-ins.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED to pick up an order placed through our website or to browse our discount shelf.

Curbside Pickup - Now Available!

  1. Place orders through our website. Order will be available next business day (we are now closed on Fridays, so orders placed on Thursday will be available the following Monday).
  2. At checkout, provide your shipping address. Addresses that include Washington, Oregon, or Idaho will have the option of Local Pickup.
  3. Select Local Pickup and complete your order.
  4. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email. This email will ask you to schedule an appointment to reserve your time to pick up your order.
  5. We look forward to seeing you at your reserved time! Upon arrival at our factory, please knock on our garage door, front door, or call the phone number posted on the front entrance.
  6. One of our Production Team Members will be out to help you! Please just confirm your first and last name, order number, or email address.

Our in person Discount Shelf has gone mobile!

  • Discount Shelf includes items at a reduced cost of 25-75% off due to manufacturing oopsies including being underfilled, warped containers, wrinkled labels, undelivered through the mail, difficult seals, and more.
  • All discount items are final sale and are not subject to additional discounts or promotional sales.

In Person Shopping Guidelines

  1. An appointment is required to shop the Discount Shelf in person. Book an appointment to visit our storefront in Redmond, Washington.
  2. A mobile cart will be brought outside at your reserved time.
  3. Select your items and place them in the shopping basket provided.
  4. Once you're done browsing, notify a Team Member to ring up the items in your basket.
  5. Enjoy contactless checkout by inserting and removing your credit card from a mobile chip reader.
  6. After completing your purchase, grab a paper bag to pack your items. If you prefer, we can pack them for you!
