A little more about Ambika:
Hi UH fans! I'm a firm believer in healing properties of plants and environmental rights. I'm interested in living plastic-free, eating raw vegan food, preparing my own kombucha and nut milks, and skateboarding. I've played drums in punk bands for many years, and have always participated in the DIY music community. To me, the body is meant to heal itself, and also has the desire to do so! When Uncle Harry is actually your dad, you learn that Mother Earth provides the necessary tools to help aid the healing process. You better believe I practice what I preach!
